Alert: Lost character already upon being kicked out

Good morning,

Early in the hours I farmed a few GRifts on Diablo 3 out of excitement for the Diablo 4 beta experience. Upon 40 minutes of being logged in to the Diablo 4 Beta, I was kicked out during the quest to meet an NPC at a Cathedral. At the start screen my character was missing, so I tried to logout to log back in, but am now waiting on a 40+ minute Q.
Rookie mistake on my behalf. Should not have logged out and instead took that as collateral damage.

I played Diablo 1 right out of high school and maxed out my entire Altar of Rites for S28 on D3 and was watching 10k identify videos on D2 last night…

This really disappoints me as a loyal Diablo (Blizzard) customer. The other issue I have is that promises have not been fulfilled in terms of digital in-game items from specific upgraded Diablo IV purchases.

With this being said, I not only miss out on the Diablo IV beta experience currently that I specifically set time aside for, but I also don’t even get the chance to enjoy the promised Digital in-game items either on games that are stable.

Do better Blizzard.

Update from 40 minute Q: My character is present and all is well. Back to it.

this runs until the 20th how have you “missed” anything? omg you can’t play a beta game get over yourself

This happened to my wife but her toon was back when she reloaded the game… After the queue…

Yes. Time. Maybe it’s not important to you.

As well as the promise of in-game item delivery for well-established games. I do not have any of these for World of Warcraft or Diablo 3.

same for me but That is pretty common and expected to restart game and get my character back just to find a 80 minute queue.

Time is important. The game is not however if i can play awesome if not so be it.

As for your items fourms do not help make a support ticket.
