There is a serious bug in the game that PREVENTS players from purchasing potions. When attempting to make a purchase, a value appears in parentheses next to the potion’s name (-1,409,463,951). This isn’t the only bug in the game; another one is the Helltide event, where after opening the portal to the city and returning to the map from Helltide, the area isn’t displayed correctly—instead, it appears as a regular map area. How can a company like Blizzard, with vast financial resources and a massive team of developers, allow such bugs to exist in a commercial game? Blizzard prefers to focus on selling colorful, ugly skins in the in-game store instead of implementing quality-of-life improvements on an ongoing basis before the next season even launches. I’m disappointed with how this company operates these days. Product quality should come first, then profit.
