So i searched this and 2024 October was the only 2 post…5 months later its still broken, chance for flurrh double damage is in the magic temper, but the rare says chance for flurry to consume no charges, havent got the legendary yet so so t know if that changes back, also not sure if a typo or if i loose the double chance if i temper new gear…kinda wanna upgrade from powwr 530 items…5 months its been since last bug report…5…months…no fix?!
