This is the age old argument that gets posited by every zerg gamer who rushes to the end within the first couple of days, only to have their all too lofty expectations dashed…

Frankly, with every new title launch, there perceivably isn’t a whole lot to do for “end game” - that’s what subsequent content patches, seasons, and expansions are for. There is an expectation (perhaps an unreasonable one) from the developers that players will actually take the time to absorb the base game - oh, the horror!

Since we apparently like to compare this brand new title to established games like D3 and PoE, it’s important to note that those titles have years of content updates that make their endgames what they are today.

Let’s be realistic now.
