How has none of this been addressed? There are from what I’m reading hundreds if not thousands of players that can’t play a game they paid for. I really don’t see how this is okay with people.

not a single relevant blue post either to provide any acknowledgement or update on the situation. this is being handled terribly

Wondering the same thing and honestly, no it isn’t okay. I’m pretty annoyed at this point and I’m usually a patient one. I expected a blue post at least at some point between yesterday and now about it but instead it has been radio silence. This issue seems so widespread but yet I’m the only one in my friend group having the problem. Really sucks.

I opened a ticket 8 hours ago no response.
that’s why i said if we all start issuing refunds especially for early access versions of the game then we the thousands of ppl will cost them a big penny and then you can rebuy it later on at cost price or on sale lol.
game doesn’t work, they don’t respond to tickets, they don’t respond to issues and ignore us they are technically stealing our money for a product that doesn’t work

How do I ask for a refund?
If you paid with a Credit Card just request a refund through them, say the reason is what ever yo feel it is. Just be aware Blizz will ban your entire Bnet account and any games you have on it. That’s their strong arm tactic.
devs probably mentally checked out for the fourth of july at this point.
they can’t punish you and ban your other accounts if they aren’t providing a solution or feedback to a patch they broke the game with. that’s like having customers and not providing a service that doesn’t work like that i paid for the game and have no access to it without any type of fix for it.
They, Blizzard, will refund if you have less than 2 hours played. The only other way is through your credit card, which blizzard kind of looks at like a fraudulent charge back. They have closed many accounts, and will close your account, along with any games associated with it for doing so.
In their eyes the patch was fine, and it is your system that is the problem, so doing a charge back will get you a Bnet account ban.
You and I seeing this as unethical has absolutely zero bearing on it. Blizz will Blizz.
yeah them selling me a three wheeled car just to assure me that in 5 months i get the other tire and some gas to drive, im supposed to be like OMG THANK YOU FOR GIVING IT TO ME. Nah i paid for a product and they failed to deliver, thats fraud. That is blatant fraud, screw them, diablo is the only game i have from them because they are garbage. So ill probably hit US Bank up tomorrow and charge it back. Take my account
They got there money do you really think they care at this point. Especially for Playstation and xbox players!
Its probably the “hot fixes” they are doing. They dont have to get checked or tested to see if they actually work. Its just send it out and we will see what happens then give them the excuse that its YOU’RE system its YOU’RE internet its something YOU’RE doing. It cant possible be US in any capacity what so ever. But thanks for the money!
