Add reaction bubbles stuck on screen after latest patch 1.1.3

The last few days I have noticed these chat bubbles on the game screen in Diablo 4 PC. They don’t do anything and they don’t go away. They only show up when I start the game not on the loading screen. When I move the cursor over them they say “add reaction” and “add super reaction” but I can’t actually click on them. I don’t know if they are related to the latest patch but I have tried everything and they won’t go away. Any suggestions?

I would say this is a problem by Discord.
Go into Discord settings scroll down to “registered games” and turn off the overlay, that helped me.

My two year old was pressing buttons on my keyboard when the same thing happened to me. I can confirm that after completely quiting Discord, the reaction smiley face went away. Good call!
