Add Jewels back into the game as a socket item

Right now my rings can use either resistances or armor and both are capped. The sockets are useless.

Personally they need a gem overhaul. Its the same gems in the same sockets. Armor is a no brainer = Ruby, Rings Ammy = Skulls or Diamond (but frankly like you said you’ll be at cap with no use in there for them)

Weapon is subjective on the build typically emeralds. But other builds utilize other ones.
