Add an aspect for Shadow Step to be Core

Could be great if we got a good aspect that add Core keyword to Shadow Step, so we could use a Shadow Step build with Scoundrel’s Leathers, and use also some other Core aspect with it.

That would be pretty cool…

Changing to basic could be pretty good as well.

Also maybe removing cooldown and use energy instead…

so it can synergize with a lot of diff uniques and aspects
