Add a new type of Whisper for MW mats

I would like to see an addition of MW Whispers for caches that drop MW mats as an alternate means to farm mats. Just my thoughts.

or the can slip those mats into the chaos crate option!

I have noticed that uniques now drop…maybe they always have but do not remember it before.
