Quest: harrowed lament
State: Destroy risen remains, defeat the spirits.
If TP to town after the cinematic on arrival after exiting the caves, and AFK for a short while, The monsters respawn, and the quest restarts, you come back to the TP, kill the monsters again but quest is not active.
You walk down, then up again to the zone, and the risen remains are not there anymore.
Can’t complete quest.
Had to log out and log in, then come back to the spot to trigger the cut scene with Arlo.
