So I’m missing the Living Nightmares achievement on Diablo 4 Xbox Series X. I play the game mostly in couch co-op with my girlfriend at the weekends, and we were playing about two weekends ago, when the achievement popped for her but not me. This annoys me especially because we are doing the exact same content at exactly the same time, so there is obviously a bug somewhere preventing it popping for me, please resolve this, thank you.
