Yes I am linked to both blizzard/ activision accounts . Yes I can get Emails. No I have not recieved a acheivement mail or wolf pup notification.
I made lvl 25 in beta, I have proof and hope one the dev lords actually read this!!!

Same here, played entire Act 1 on PC.
My theory is the people that played both weekends didnt get the pup email. The closed beta they know people preordered because you had to preorder to be in that beta. The open beta people may have not preordered.
I did not play the first weekend but did preorder, I just wasn’t home to play it. I did play in the open beta. I got the pup email but honestly I think they sent those out to say “hey you earned this so preorder now to make sure you get it.” Because the email was pretty much just an advertisement to get you to preorder.
Have a open ticket dev told me go to beta forums.
I played both weekends and got all the emails, so it has nothing to do with that.
Also got both emails and played both weekends. Triple check your account links. Or maybe they sent them out in batches. Check spam folders or any other email accounts you may have used with Blizzard in the past if they are still active.
