I was playing Diablo 4 on my Xbox with my girlfriend and created a Battle.net account specifically for her. After just one day of playing, the account was banned. All the information provided for the account is accurate, and it has never been logged in on any other device or platform. We did not use any third-party software, did not team up with others, and did not communicate with anyone in the game. When the ban occurred, her level was still very low, so it was impossible for her to disrupt anyone else’s gaming experience. The only thing I did was give her some equipment and gold.
I submitted a ticket to customer support, but the GM’s response only stated that I violated the Terms of Use and In-game Policies. I have thoroughly reviewed all the Codes of Conduct and do not believe I have violated any policy. Are you now banning accounts without providing a reason?
