Hello, I was livestreaming Diablo IV via my ps5 tonight and about an hour in I got booted from the game to the character screen. When I tried to get back I recieved error code 395002 and it said my account was locked. I have no idea why this happened but I just arrived at the first hub town where you perform the cleansing ritual.
UPDATE: After about 15 more mins I was able to get back into the game. I was reset back to Lorath’s cabin and the time shifted to day time but I’ve had no further issues since.
