Account banned for... playing the game?

I was playing my ice shard sorcerer and having a lot of fun, I played a lot of helltides coz I like the excitement and the rewards… I never transfered, never traded, and all of sudden, my account is banned, without a reason, without a clue, I couldn’t think what caused my ban - playing too much? It is honestly heart breaking. I payed 140 CAD for a game, and then get banned for playing what I bought? Heart breaking and absurd, if I have the time, I probably will seek some legal help.

Edit: couple possible reasons:

  1. Playing over 12 hours a day, playing 6+ helltides a day.
  2. Leaving the game open and went for dinner, disconneted when back.
  3. Communicated about the 250-chest locations in helltides.
  4. Created several new characters to have more item slots.

Those are the closest reasons I could think of.
Don’t do these to avoid possible bans.

Stop botting or w/e you are doing. You cheaters aren’t fooling anyone.

I did pick up my loot in helltides… I did salvage a lot of them for mateirals… didn’t know that was illegal…

You got caught exploiting and you got popped. Maybe being a mid Sorc made you desperate to exploit thinking you’ll obtain more power?

Yes, the code of conduct, which didn’t mention playing the game is bannable

Actually ice shard with max CC duration and spreading CC is insanely good, not sure if they will ban you for that though…
