well its easy for you to say it and honestly im not affected at all cause i know for myself im innocent, i used d4 sanctuary for trades for min/maxing my items, selling and buying items that has worth and with value to other players cause they need it for their build vice versa, that alone is a good experience for us wherein selling it on npc would be a treasure for other people, i dont have intention on cheating on this game, grinding for hours and finding good items that has value gives me satisfaction, the trading gives a satisfying experience for me cause its an online game afterall

Any overlay that touches real time game data, macros that automate a skill rotation, afk prevention, or anything else, AFK farming, botting, Autohotkey, etc. Anything to mess with network or connection code/DCs, use of any exploits.
Anything that falls into the range of using any outside software that interacts with the game.
They will not tell you specifically what they found or how. That info is something botters love to know so they can improve their bots. They do that anyway, but it slows them down a tad.
Your only option is to appeal, and if you can’t do it through the D4 path, use the D3 path and note that the ticket is actually for D4. That has been an error since the game launched.
