Account banned for no reason?

I was offline for 3 days when i was about to go online my account says im banned with error 52??? i been active in trading for quite sometime in diablo sactuary in discord and i traded with other people and i might have traded/ received payment coming from a gold duper. my account has only 200M gold and i have 3 characters it seems i got banned accidentally, i cant create a ticket on your site it always say its resoved. i dont even have an account in eternal cause i only got the game for almost 20 days not even a month. I’m confident i dont use any cheat or third party applications cause i only play POE and diablo IV

Use the Diablo 3 Ticket system, and say its a diablo 4 issue. tell them all about your case and have the review it. The d4 tickets are currently not working.

if you are honest, and the ban is unjust, itll be revoked, so dont worry.

thanks for the advice im really lost and dont know what to do, ill do it when ticketing is working, the fact that i dont have an eternal account cause im new in the game , coming from a POE player which i have to adjust alot, but im enjoying the game so much though…

there have been a few false bans, and trading got disabled for the time being, so it might be possible you just were at the wrong spot, at the wrong time.

Last week some bans got revoked, so it is definitely worth the effort to appeal if you are honest.

hell yeah i want to appeal but i dont know how honestly, the ticket just say its resolved

are you using the diablo 3 support? as i said, the diablo 4 ticketing doesnt work right now.

i tried appeal penalty in diablo iv but it says resolved after a few minutes, honestly ive been a battlenet user since 2018, bought all the cod franchise from black ops 5 to mw2019, coldwar, vanguard, mw2, mw2 remastered, so why would i cheat in diablo i think i wont be stupid enough to cheat on this game and have a game thats says avcount banned

yea as i said, the diablo 4 tickets wont work. you will need to use the diablo 3 tickets.

I have said this before and i guess i will say it again. Discord is most likely going to be viewed as off game trading. No different then going to any third party site. It does not matter if Blizzard happens to chime in from time to time.

i thought d4 sanctuary was officially run by diablo 4 admins thats what i heard from other people so i trusted that discord server

It’s not run by Blizzard they just have some sort of agreement with Discord. Probably for commercial use reasons.

just go to the support site and pick diablo 3 as the game you want to send a support ticket in for ^^

like you can even just google d3 support ticket

I found out about the discord server from battlenet launcher… Seems to be enough reason to assume it’s legit to use.

I find it interesting that all of the players that seemed to have enjoyed the game posts are ones getting banned.

Blizzard really needs to clear up any confusion about Discord and where they stand on it. Because i can see how people could easily think that trading on Discord would not be a problem.
