Accelerated Battle Pass Not Giving Tier Skips

I bought the Accelerated Battle Pass and did not receive the 20 Tier skips. Has anyone else experienced this?

I purchased it as well and did not get the 20 tier skips either.

Me to Iā€™m MAD A HELL

Man same here! But I was able to claim the 20 tier rewards just for it to take it away and show me back at tier 1. Blizzard better make it right!

I also purchased the accelerated pass. When the skips didnā€™t show i thought i missed something and purchased the pass below. At that point the accelerated pass still did not show the skips and i repurchased the accelerated pass. Iā€™d really like to get a refund for the overpayment.

Definitely needs to be fixed. It worked then went away.

I bought the pass and it showed the skips. Then after playing for a few hours, all the progress reverted back to tier 1 and the accelerated pass says ā€œActivatedā€.
Opened a support ticket and got the general, ā€œWeā€™re sorry, devs are working on it with no eta yet. Post this in the forums.ā€
Yeah, not like people havent already.
Makes me believe they really dont care that people spend money on these things.

I am having the same issue as well.

I just want to post my ticket that I created here to show people how they handle goods and services. I asked for the skips to be added or a refund. Since the extra skips will be worth nothing if I finish the battle pass before they address the issue. See below:

My ticket:
"I purchased the Accelerated Battle Pass on 23 January 2024 with my current in game currency and I did not receive the 20 Tier Skips. It still shows it all locked. I would like a refund if this canā€™t be fixed.

I will attach a supporting screenshot that shows I have the Accelerated Pass active but no skips available."

Your ticket has received the following response:

Thanks for taking the time to contact me, I understand that you bought the Accelerated Battle Pass but are missing the tier skips. I know this is very frustrating, so let me investigate this for you.

Thank you for the screenshots. I see the pass was added to your account and the skips should be available in game. I see that some other players have reported missing the skips and the developers are investigating this.

Iā€™m sorry to say that Iā€™m not able to update your pass directly, so I sent your accountā€™s details up to see what can be done. I donā€™t have an ETA for when this review will be completed.

26Jan Update

Itā€™s nice to see that now they are fixing the duplication that is occurring on items but still refuse to grant players the tier skips or refund. Still no email, refund, or tier skips.

They said the same. I even asked what compensation for those of us affected would receive. BS answer that it wouldnā€™t be fair for everyone.
Well, duh, it isnt fair that we are affected by this PURCHASE bug. Because money isnt a thing to Blizzard.

Still been playing. Only to Level 9 now, should be 29ā€¦

Is there any update on this? Currently Level 40, and Level 12 on the Battle Pass, should be Level 32ā€¦

I asked again for my currency back since I can no longer use what I paid for on 23Jan2024. I have had no reply and there has been no official statement of them correcting this problem.

I highly suggest everyone reporting this to the FTC as fraud. They advertised a goods/service, took peoples money, and have not acknowledged or corrected the issue. No refunds, partial or whole, have been attempted.

This is ridiculous. There has been no update or even acknowledgement of the issue. I am now level 47 and Tier 19, but should be Tier 39ā€¦

This is absolutely unacceptable. So they continue to take miney but have yet to fix thisā€¦im having the exact same issue just bought it today all i got was the 2800.

So here is my full interaction so far.

I sent in:

I purchased the Accelerated Season 3 Battle Pass for Diablo IV, and now after restarting my game it is not showing me at the proper level of the Battle Pass, despite showing ā€œActiveā€, and my character having the cosmetics. This was all done on Xbox Series X. This all occurred after I had to restart my Xbox. It originally did work and redeemed fine. I have multiple screenshots showing the error.

I received the following:

From what I investigated, this is a known issue that our developers are looking into. The best approach here is to send a bug report so thtat it can be investigated. Then the ticket was marked ā€œResolvedā€, which is not true at all.

So last night I sent in the following:

This ticket is not resolved. This is an issue still to this day. Many people have commented on the ā€œsupport forumsā€, yet nothing is being done. This is a paid item, yet our paid DLC is not available. I am currently Level 47 and Tier 19, yet I should be Tier 39. This is unacceptable. It has been over a week, and this PAID DLC issue has not been fixed, acknowledged, nor even compensated.

To which I received the following this morning:

Definitely having the same issue myself. So irritating that something so simple can be such a big issue for them to fix . . . . . .

iā€™m also dealing with this issue. been 10 days, currently in an endless loop with support telling me to ā€œwaitā€ iā€™m so fed up with this. they auto-resolved the ticket after i ā€œwaitedā€ so i had to reopen the ticket. i want my money back, this is beyond messed up.

UPDATE: support ā€œresolvedā€ my ticket again and threatened my account standing if i bring up the issue again. GG microsoft. I guess a 3 trillion dollar company can just steal your money and you just have to deal with itā€¦
