what is currently the highest possible outcome? 828 or more
Ive seen 840, but it doesnt matter at all. All items currently, from 725+ have the same stat ranges (not including weapon dmg). So in many cases ive seen a 726 item be superior to an 800+ item, because the rolls are better.
Item level only really matters with weapon dps.
