Double dagger or sword does it count dual wield? I wonder what, damage with Dual-Wielded Weapons bonus does it work.
I’m pretty positive Duel Wielding is two single handed weapons.

Not sure what you are asking actually.
But you can equip either a sword, or a dagger, or double sword, or double dagger.
You will get equipment buffs from both of them.

What is the point of this dmg modifier anyway? Who is playing with one weapon?

probably the rogues using crossbows or bows

All cutthroat skills and punture will activate that bonus, the rest of the damage skills will not.

I use a bow or Xbow, as well as two daggers. Main and two one-hand weaps. Those people you speak of must not have any clue what theyre doing and ignoring every single tooltip.
