Aberant Cinder count not showing in Helltide

When entering the helltide event for some reason the counter that shows how many cinders you have only says (s1]/[s2) instead of the actual number. Everything else related to the helltide looks normal. Timer is working fine, just no cinder count.

Edit to add: I thought it might be because my husband’s account was open on the xbox and maybe it was reading him as a second session even though he wasn’t logged in. After logging his character to see if it would help, the entire cinder count icon disappeared. The icon and the script that said (s1]/[s2) both disappeared and have not reappeared even after logging him back out of the game. The helltide counter is still showing but nothing where the cinder count should be.

Also having this on a series x. In couch co-op, it’s fine. But single player it has the display problem.

Also have this issue for a long time on xbox x.

Had a similar issue. Co-op on PS5, I was main account logged into game. When I signed out, other player had the issue with (s1/s2). Closed the game and reopened fixed that.
