Dear developers of Diablo 4,
We would like to request that you reconsider the approach to creating classes in the game, as we feel that there is an unfair situation at the moment regarding the balance between classes. This is causing frustration for many players who love their chosen class, but at tish moment Spiritborn class are significantly more powerful than others.
To address this issue, we propose the following solutions:
- Release a patch for the current version of the game that balances the weaker classes with the strongest Spiritborn class.
- Ensure that future patches do not introduce situations where one class becomes vastly superior to another.
In paragraph 1, If these are unplanned bugs, then you should attempt to resolve them. If you are concerned about the potential for complaints and dissatisfaction from Spiritborn players, then it is important that the Spiritborn class remains strong, while also ensuring that other classes are brought up to the same level as the Spiritborn.
In paragraph 2, we understand that the release of a game for you is a business, and that you want to make money. We also understand that in order to sell DLC, you find possibilities to force players to purchase it (which you did by releasing a new SB class significantly superior to the others). However, we suggest that you consider not forcing players to buy DLC through new classes, but instead through additional features such as quality of life (QoL) updates or, for example, this season, increasing the power of runes without which some classes would still be playable, but with limitations. For instance, it might not be possible to complete PIT 100+ without runes.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to see improvements in the near future.
Guys, let’s create a petition/reques to the developers. I’ve jotted down a couple of terms here. but I would like to call for participation, including the main streamers, if they care about it.
Let’s stop complaining and do something useful. I understand that not everything I have written here is the ultimate truth, but I ask you, especially streamers and activists, to help write an appeal to the developers.
