yes but the question is, is it worth it. There is one thing i dislike about it, it is not active while uc itself is active. and if you have reasonable cdr, uc is up alot more often, which turns this off more and more. YOu were using cdr as well.
So thinking about it like that, its probably worse then another good dmg multiplier that always works. too much downtime, for only a 10% chance.
The design is flawed, which is a shame, if it would always work it would be a nice one.
