======A fatal bug is being exploited by cheating software [Unlimited use of skills that don't exist in the skill bar]======

There is a very serious bug that is being exploited by cheat software, you can release many skills at the same time, as long as you learn the skill, even if it doesn’t appear in the skill bar, you can achieve releasing all the skills by using the cheat tool.
The ones using this bug are scripting studios who are utilizing this bug to get a lot of gold.
Punish these sinful cheat tool users!!!

Oh no. (20 characters)

And what cheat tool is this lmao

If what the OP says is true, It’s better that we don’t know. Unless one has cheating on their mind…hehe

How does the community send pictures? I can’t send it.
The cheat program’s feature set interface is powerful, and Blizzard should eliminate malicious bugs from being exploited by cheat software development teams

Cheating is for losers that can’t win on their own.

Yes, these things ruin the game and should have their accounts banned immediately

But… but…

Isn’t Blizzards moto “Exploit early, exploit often”?

Not a fatal bug.

Not even a bug.

It’s either botting or memory editing. Both are bannable.

Trusting the client and not validating inputs in a multiplayer game is definitely a bug, either in design or implementation. It’s okay, every software has bugs, you are allowed to admit that Blizzard developers make mistakes sometimes.

sounds like something easy to detect. maybe were gonna get some delicious ban tears on the forums soon Pog

i love those.

Are you sure it’s not omnipower?

Omnipower (Wrathful, Super-World Tier IV): Core Skills that launch a projectile consume all of your Mana. For every 45-35 extra Mana consumed, you launch an additional projectile, and the damage is increased by 3.0-5.0%

Ok…I laughed at “sinful”.

I’ve never cheated in an online game. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

What is this “validation” of keyboard/mouse inputs you speak of? Do you think they turn on your webcam to see that someone is actually pressing keys and mouse buttons?

That’s not what a bug is.

I have used bots before. I have written bots to automate testing UIs for apps I have worked on.

Software inside an operating system does not have the ability to take full control of other software running inside the operating system.

What an application can do to prevent botting or memory editing is monitor for it, and ban the offender, which Blizzard has done…on occasion, typically in waves.

Ngl out of all of the exploits that this game is riddled with, this one actually sounds fun and probably makes the game play a lot better lol

Where did you get anything having to do with mouse or keyboard? I’m talking about server-side validation, i.e. if the client tells me they want to use a skill, I make sure that the skill can actually be used and don’t implicitly trust them. This is a basic concept in any server-authoritative system.

If this is actually happening as OP claims, it’s a bug that is being exploited. They did not come here to bash Blizzard, they came here in hopes that the bug would be fixed.

oh, sinful!

Blizzard has more pressing issues atm, like informing me of the daily cash shop deal.

Does it make the game any better?
