I pay for play this game early .
and now I have to wait almost 2 hours to play?
This is ridiculous. I know it’s in the testing phase, but that doesn’t justify it. You have a sales control and you know how many servers are needed to support the game.
Why this long queue if this was already in your planning? you know how many people bought in the pre-sale.

Same here. Actually got into the game at 12. Was able to play 15 min then it network failed and now I’m stuck in queue for 97 min.
Same here played for 10min got kicked then 82 min que this sucks. I was having so much fun and taking up the game to friends at the same time
I already waited for a 90 minute que, and then had to wait for authentication, then I got an error after about 20 minutes in the authentication que, now if I want to try again, I’m sitting at over 2 hours for a login, which will then probably bring me back to the authentication que. I swear Blizzard just doesn’t care anymore… they’re just in it for the money now, no one working for Blizzard has a passion for games anymore!

Our developers are aware of some server performance issues and working to fix them. Once they resolve these issues, they will increase the number of players that can enter the game. Right now, it’s limited to help keep server performance stable.

How about instead of stealing money from us saying you cant let more people in when we already paid. you promise to extend the pre-beta to the full week before the actual beta.
welp 4th time crashing due to server disconnect and now im in a 90 min queue went from 10 min queue to a 20 min queue to a 35 min queue all the way to a 90 min queue, ive officially waited in queue longer than playing the game
error code 316719 again and again. After waiting in a 100 minute que. Yikes. This will be painful this weekend trying to play this game. So glad I pre-ordered.
This is considered “ server performance issues ?”. How’s that when it happens in every game you guys make. You gate and control how many enter to your servers so the amount of people doesn’t crash your own. How many have received errors and the game crashes out? Guess what? Back in Queue for another 55 mins. I can see this happening on release because it happens every time and it is a pattern.
Working as intended though even though this ends the 20th.

This must be a new company that has never released a game before. Yes I know its beta but thats not an excuse. The amount of traffic should have been expected by them.
Okay you should recognize the problem is that players are getting a queue time and then not being allowed in. Reply with facts and not “aware of some server performance issues.”

What’s the point of being an armchair psychologist in a tech support forum? Not even to get into how vapid being an armchair psychologist is in any situation. I’m just curious what exactly is your objective here.
This has happened to me all day. Hard to beta test when blizzard can’t even get their servers going
This is so much BS, waiting 105 mins to play, then only get to play for 15 mins. Then another 100 min wait time. Blizzard should have seen this coming and maxed out the servers, not start at the bottom then scramble to fix this. Payed good money to play early and now can not even get a good length of time to play.
Keeping the server stable with Error Code 316719. That’s complete BS.
How about getting more servers and
