The cooldown % does not go up or down 7% with the focus, it’s either not showing or not working?
Sorry but you did NOT provide enough info here on what you’re displeased about.
1: Look up “D4 season 4 cooldown reduction” to get some base info.
2: Never look at stats in town. I am not assuming you are doing so but have to say it.
In general, I think you just need to look up cooldown reduction information before you come in hot and mad.
Im guessing you are referring to masterwork upgrades; the lil inherent cooldown no longer increases?
Yeah, same with weap/jewelry since this patch. Dont be concerned, just pick up a 3 GA focus ez, and upgrade 2-3 crits on the cdr, ez. Then it evens out. Quite a bit tbh.
Focus’s have a 7% base cd reduction so I’m guessing he is talking about that.
Ez pick 3GA focus with CDR, that costs about 15-20billion gold and brick it on temper, because a chance to hit right temper is less than 1/5

What he meant is… your Focus has a inherent 7%cdr (below your ats) just like a wand has 10% Lucky hit and a dagger 20% Close.
I just notice it does in fact not count towards your overall cdr

It works for me, just not directly additive just like the rest cdr numbers on other gear.
My focus has inherent 7% and 10% something from affix, but it only amount to 16 with something.
Each source has diminishing returns so that sounds right.
Works for me.

I have 31% CDR right now in town. I take off my focus, it becomes 25.8%. Sounds about right.
