I don’f follow your logic here. You trade on a 3rd party site, but are vehemently against an AH as you would be “playing trade simulator”? You don’t HAVE to interact with said AH (I mean a non Real money one) anymore than you interact with the 3rd party site you are now.
This game would greatly benefit from something like MG in LE with limits/etc.
I sitting on a little over 300,000,000 gold. Everything is self found, no buying gold or gear. We are still in the early stage of this season; there is still lots of time to find better gear. What is important is you feel you are getting stronger and progressing. It is not important to have all BIS at this time; don’t feel the need to force it.
I’m doing 70 - 75 pits. Just last night I found a 3A gloves with good stats and tempered very good. Masterworked to 8 with Crit Chance and Golem damage. There is still lots of time to improve my gear. I’m not even considering resetting any of my gear until week 8 or 9 when I have lots and lots of gold and need to push for BIS to continue progressing.
To me a season is like running a marathon. You have to pace yourself early so you have energy for the final push.
I run a helltide and complete the two TW in both helltide zones and in an hour I usually get ~15M. And I’m playing an off meta druid.
That is 3 resets in one hour of just playing the game. You like playing the game right? If not… go play another game.
If you want to argue for more gold faucets then I’d support that a bit. Running dungeons in any form is pretty weak for getting gold. You pretty much need to do HT and TW for gold.
The pit pretty much gives no gold. It would be nice to atleast get a 1-2M for a pit run. More for Higher pits.
I can spend 500mil in 10mins lol on 1 item trying to get 1 specific masterwork and 15mil in an hour is what? If you aren’t selling gear good luck this season lol, how many 12/12 perfect rolled items you got? We’re halfway through the season and I don’t have 1
Right. Thats your problem. You are playing trade simulator and/or buying gold. That cool, but the game isn’t made for that playstyle and it shouldn’t be. Hoepfully they will fix or remove trade eventually.
You want to be a try hard. But what are you even going to do with the perfect master work once you get it. Most likely not play the game.
Blizzard spoke about this in the past. The AH was counter productive to the purpose of the game. If they bring in an AH you would absolutely be forced to interact with it because there is a correlation with drops.
Its ok to disagree but we already have a historical insight to what the AH did.
No need to look at history. Its present. In this thread you have peolple that think they NEED to reset MW 100 times an hour. This is a result of trade.
It as you said. The trade and RMT circumvent the actual game. Its blizards fault. They need to either make a trade system that doesn’t circumvent the game (difficult) or they need to disable trade (easy).
Don’t hate the player. Hate the game.
Here is an example of the player:
Ichewith doesn’t actually care that ‘no one’ will ever get perfect rolls. Plenty of people will get perfect items by pure chance.
What Ichewith want is for THEMSELVES to be gauranteed perfect rolls. They think it is unfair that if they spend 500M or 500B or 500T gold they arent gauranteed a perfect item. They want P2W. Trade is a mechanic of that motivation.
