is a good and fair price that most of us would pay in order to get a nice and polished continuation to the series! if you want lower price you will get something much worse. you get what you pay as with everything in life!

Higher cost doesn’t necessarily translate into a better quality game.
Overwatch 2 is more monetized than ever but OW2 is still the most minimal effort product compared to Overwatch 1.
WoW only became worse and more soulless the more monetized it became.

Seeing a lot of expansion talk lately. Are we already on the expansion wave? Did I miss the rumors? IMHO 6 months is the minimum such game needs for an expansion to come along.
As long for the money, I am paying 15$ for each class and act created, fullstop.

We’ll be able to buy it with Platinum for 5000 of them.
If each season give us 666 Platinum, we’ll have spent 40$ for 2664 Platinum, then only need to buy 2336 Platinum to get the expansion…
So it’ll only cost 25$ for expansion.

How much should I have paid to get a decent base game without a half-assed campaign? $500??
No way I’m buying an expansion at this point in time. Not until the game has been massively improved and the base campaign reworked.

$50 for an expansion every year, on top of 4 paid seasons per year, on top of $70 base game, on top of some current game issues, on top of the absurd cosmetics shop, is a problem.
I like the game a lot but they’re milking it to a degree I never encountered before.

Honestly $19.99 expansions is a more fair price since it’s going to be annually but I expect them to settle on $39.99 or $49.99.

You must be brain dead if you think something that gets released each year and probably will contain 1 new character with 10 hours of campaign is worth 50$.
Even D4 was 70$ and had way more content than any expansion would provide. A really fair price is 15-20$ while 30$ is the absolute limit. Anything above that is a steal.
Then again you have them releasing necro on D3 and that was 15$ so i can see their greedy asses going for the 50$ mark.
