5 mill for masterworking reset is too much

Way too much… I know we now have the gold option in infernal horde but if you have really bad RNG as I do, thats a lot of gold to reset Masterworking. It should either be less or none.

5 mil gold to reset? Thats awesome! Sure i wish it was cheaper but with infernal hordes, getting 5 mil in gold is super easy. Just run a T3 horde and if you make over 200 mats, thatll net you like 4-6 mil in gold. Just 1 run.

Yeah it eats gold fast for sure. There is no sliding scale either. It’s 5 mil whether you do level 4, 8, or 12.

What I actually wish was reroll only did one level instead of complete.

So doing 1 Whisper, or one Tier 4+ Infernal Horde and spending it on the gold option is too much? Sure, why not. The game quite literally showers you in gold options. If you decide to go the trading route it’s even more hilarious. Stay thirsty my friends.

I disagree on 5 million feeling like too much; however, if they wanted to lower it I wouldn’t complain

I do feel it’s a bit too high - but maybe that’s just cause I can never seem to hit the affix I want even a single time so I have to reset every item like 25 times lol

Should cap at 1 Mil…enchanting should as well.

I don’t have an issue with the price, I just wish it reset by tier and not the whole thing or nothing.
5 mil is like 2 Whisper runs, it is really not that much.

With infernal hordes you can farm a mad amount; 5mil seems fair

Do 1 inferno horde t6 and youll make 60 mil. Gold is easy to get. There needs to be some friction or systems dont matter like D3 enchanting.

A T5 450 aether gold chest gets you nearly 50mil.

Anything else?

Nah they nerfed the cost to masterwork. Gold sink needs to go somewhere, might as well be this.

Can you really make 60m gold off a T6? I’ve yet to hit 100 and get better gear, max glyphs, etc, so I’ve been doing nothing but helltides, NMD, and IH Tier 3. This sounds amazing, my gold troubles are over, when I get there anyway.

Yes, getting gold is no longer any type of grind. Its kind of ridiculous how much gold you can make. You could effectively farm 1 bil gold every 4 hours if you wanted.

you can make more than 100m in 1 t8 run, so 5 mil is not that much for an end-game system.
