4 Stash tabs is just far from enough, I have to create stash characters just to be able to hold my loot

Okay, seriously, I love this game. I think it’s a great version of diablo and alot of fun, even tho some people complain about all kind of stuff I find it a great game and it’s my favorite game atm fo sho. BUT, the stash is a huge problem, saving jewels, aspects, gear/ loot etc, My stash gets full so quick, and every day I have to log on to my stash characters to do some cleaning and get more space. This is so annoying, earlier diablos had much bigger stashes, ius there any way to get bigger stash space or is this it?

An EASY solution would just be double or triple the amount of stash space. Playing more than one character is literally impossible, as you dont have enough space for both builds, aspects and all of that.

I mean, I dont even care if you make expansions or whatever where you can buy more stash tabs like in D3, the 4 we have now is just SO FAR from enough. We shouldnt even have to pay for it, but I understand that if you buy an expansion you could offer stuff like that, but this is not enough for ANYONE.
I can barely have aspects/gear/loot for 1 character and I have 3 characters for extra stash, and I shouldnt be forced to make characters just for stashing stuff. It’s ridiculous.

Agreed… and loot filter. They should take a look at Last Epoch loot filter system. It rocks.

But I will say that it is hard to find loot worth keeping. Other than 2 tabs to keep extracts of (840+ item level) legendaries which have perfect roll and upgrades, a tab for boring, unusable uniques… a few slots for gems. Not a lot more is needed. You don’t need to store any gear before torment level (65+) since it all hardly matters and you can just slap on anything you find as you level. Sadly you won’t get legendary gear drops for other classes so you can’t even save up for an alt of another class to make their life easier. I hope they add better and more impactful loot, add loot filters to reduce the time spent figuring out if that stuff on the ground is worth even looking at. Then it will make a ton of sense to add more storage

not saying i wouldnt like more stash tabs, however, i dont see how 4 arent enough at this point of the game so far. i mean, 75% of my stash is empty. The only reason id like more tabs is for better organisation purpose

They’ve said they’re looking into the stash thing.

I anticipate stash tabs becoming seasonal rewards like in d3 to incentivize people to at least level a seasonal character.

I think the stash tabs don’t need to be a shared stash. You can’t use the gear or gems on alts until they are getting that stuff on their own anyways.

Each character should have their own stash of 4 tabs with maybe 1 tab for shared account.

This lol, problem solved

Dont worry, by season 5, you will have 6 stash tabs.

I have three left over and part of the fourth, what do you need to store? if there are hardly any objects in this game.
The only thing I have stored are about 5 to 6 gems at their maximum level in case I want to change them in the team and try new things, but for the rest, the unique objects and traits that are added to the team are hardly decisive for anything

I think many of you are storing items just in case, but what you should do is focus on a build for your character and sell everything else or convert them into materials if you have few

Go thinking that the seasons are about that, you create a character, according to the skills you test and you find objects, you decide which skill you want to enhance to raise it to the maximum, once you do, the game will not give you more.
Now if you create another character, which I don’t recommend, you’ll burn the game quickly, so it’s best to create one per season and when you’re done, move on to another game until the next season starts.

For my part, this month I have uploaded a barbarian enhancing the abilities that I liked about him, I focused on thorns, something typical of barbarians, and I have not been disappointed at all.
Now I’m waiting for the season to test the necromancer and I’ll do the same, I’ll see what abilities he has, I’ll look at what items I get and I’ll decide which ability or abilities to maximize, once I do, I’ll leave the game until the next season

So with my way of seeing things, the safest thing that I will play at least 5 seasons, the least to test each character

Season 2, 9.99$ per stash tab
Enjoy !

Implement now!! Instantaneously buys 30 tabs.

I’m not defending or justifying anything here. Just injecting perspective.
First - I 100% AGREE the stash space is far too small.
Aspects, Alts, Builds…it’s kind of ridiculous to be honest.

  1. They started out with 4 because they’re likely to have additional Tabs in 2 places. Season Rewards and Shop. Withholding for obvious reasons.
  2. Limiting space and make players to make “Meaningful Decisions”.
Not that I’m down with anyone trying to teach me some irl Life Lesson or anything in a damn game but again starting off small. They want players to possibly get used to ‘not saving everything’ and making said Decisions.
This is EXACTLY what David Brevik - everyone’s hero - said when Stash questions and requests would pop up. “We want players to make meaningful decisions with gear…”. That’s been gospel for a very long time.
  3. Hoarding. I’m guilty of it and I’m sure many people are. Give 4 Tabs they want 6. Give 8 they want 12 etc.

So yea “Meaningful Decisions” with gear.
Respect costs and trying builds and that ‘philosophy’ about impactful something or other.

I’ll go read some eastern philosophy or chicken soup for the forgotten souls if I want words of wisdom and life lessons.
I’m here to enjoy a VIDEO GAME - not be taught about “decisions that matter”.

(basically the moral: Be STRAIGHT and HONEST about it. Don’t gaslight with some wackadoo ‘philosophy’ - Yes Stash Tabs are Coming. Yes, We’re looking into respec costs. Done and Done.)

Agreed. (20 characters)

Damn I did that in Diablo 2 and Diablo 3… so what?
