I have both WOW and D4 installed in my PC and I don´t get such error.
Maybe if you uninstall everything and reinstall solve the problem.

This error usually means a problem on your end. Your computer isn’t responding to the Blizzard server. Try restarting your computer and your router.
I wonder why the game, which did not give an error until yesterday, gave an error today?
Is it because of me that the error occurs on the patch day?
