there is that paragon legendary node that gives 33% bonus to non-damage combo points bonusses,
is that bugged for Rapid Fire?
at 3 combo points Rapid Fire launch 8 arrows, so 8×1.33=10.64, but when hover on RapidFire on skillbar it says 9 arrows. it should be either 10 or 11…
Its 33% of the bonus arrows not 33% of all arrows.
