I think S5 is as ready as it can ever be.
I am sure S5 will be one of the seassons D4 ever has.
It will be really something, all classes will be there and players will be able to play them.
There will also be new mechanics and changes and players will for sure really know changes were made.
I think we can definitely say S5 will be odd seasson from odd team.

I’m ready for anything new at this point, up to and including trench foot.
Ready to sit there and spam tormented bosses and see purple instead of guessing if a mythic dropped

I’ve played for almost 3 weeks in season 4 and haven’t seen a single shako. Seeing a purple item will be even harder. I’m not excited about the direction the game is going.

S5 is ready to be shipped straight to the junkyard. Skipping season 5 is the best option. Then we can be refreshed and ready to go for VoH.

I do not expect much from S5. S4 was not really good, S3 was not really good and S1 was not good. The only season I enjoyed was S2. D4 is not in a good state and most endgame content is boring. This game still feels unready. I hope VoH is this missing big step forward.

Season 2 was great too, with blood powers, so I think even team is great as well

S5 will start on August 6th and will be over on October 8th I am more interested in the VoH expansion. 
Regardless of what S5 offers some people on the forum will complain and rage like they always do.

s2 for me was 10/10 and s4 is 11/10, s1 was 3/10 and s3 was a 1/10. I am going with skipping s5 and already set my mind to skip s7, s9, s11 (notice a pattern?) yeah the odd ball dev team doesnt know what fun is.

I’m not sure it’s ready, and I’m not sure it’s going to go over well. Judging how the pattern has been, for me I’m likely to just skip odd seasons at this point.

Initial patch tested. Lots of bugs. Bad class balance. Many changes requested. They will patch many things. It will go live all untested. I have full confidence it’s ready.

Suspect a few things will be better after the PTR, but expecting a major issue to have not been addressed that will cause them to scramble to pull a patch together. Either that or the seasonal mechanics will have a major issue that will require an emergency patch.
I almost exclusively play sorcs and necromancers. If either of those classes is even a little bit weaker than S4, I’ll be P.O.d
Same. I am 1000% convinced it will all go smoothly! There’s 0% chance we see a hotfix 3 hours post-release.

I plan on just having 1 toon for S5 (I’ve done 5 in S4) get it 100… then just wait until the expansion.
Crickets from the Dev team after the PTR isn’t very reassuring.
