Hello- When i put the amulet on when I found it- it did add one skill point. However I upgraded it to max (3+) it now no longer applies any of the skills.
Example- I get 4 CE from my legs, and should be 3 more from amulet. I should have a level 12 Corpse Explosion, but it remains at 9.
–More specifically, it just wont add any Corpse explosion, it does add the other skills.
