Don’t uninstall, that will send you back to 1%!. In B-Net open your download manager and untick the boxes for download limit.

25 minute and 100 percent downlod.
Yeah, up to 34% at 100MB/s, now it’s at 50k/s. Weird.
Generally my experience with preloads is bad. I have seen preload installs on release day take 10x longer than the download would have. Or big DLC updates took forever, then failed.
