if items are so rare you need to remove the bricking and remove like useless stats and make pool of stats smaller and specialized for each class example like only overpower can drop only barb necro and druid wen it drops it need to be feel good moment woahh and not dissapoinment that you even not can use it for you build if items are this super rare
