So I’ve found two bugged quests Then keening spirit where you have to go assist a spirit in danger. I looked it up and it’s supposed to spawn in a specific area but doesn’t. As well as the scales of history where to go to some old ruins with a sorceror who then asks you to search said ruins well I looked all over and while I found a note nothing else seems to be found and he doesn’t let me progress to the next part. Anyone else having this problem?

yeah same here, scales of history has a quest marker in map, but I can’t talk to the npc… My scales of history quest bugged when it says Give Mordarin the elixir of shadow resistance.

Agreed, both quests are bugged. The ghost never shows up on Keening Spirit. For The Scales of History, for me, it unfortunately has bugged three times after using up all my Angelbreath to craft the potion. When I talk to Mordarin, it doesn’t give an option to give the potion, but after I pick the only option, he can’t be selected anymore.
I’ve tried abandoning both a few times with not success.

For The Scales of history try clicking on Kowara the Alchemist and manually crafted the Shadow of Resistance Elixir and the quest marker appeared over the NPC. I had a similar issue and this resolved it

Same here, I went to the ruins, started to search, and no there is nothing there.

ok so i figured it out, and feeling really stupid…but AT LEAST I AM NOT ALONE LOL!
It’s the WEAK (Basic) elixir version of shadow resistance you have to get Kowara to craft!!! Then the NPC symbol appears over Mordarin’s head to complete. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH THE ADVANCED ELIXIR VERSION.

shadow resistance tier 1 not tier 2. tier 2 does not work.
