This has to be the loneliest mmo I have ever played. It’s actually depressing. It’s like talking to a dead relative in a dream, but he/she doesn’t notice you are there. D4 makes me sad.
Idk why Blizzard thought an open world, that’s shared by only a handful of players, was a good idea.
Blizzard fails to notice people are anti social and want little to nothing to do with other people 85% of the time, if not closer to 95% of the time. Couch co-ops where fun because it was with PEOPLE YOU KNOW, playing online with friends if FUN BECAUSE ITS PEOPLE YOU KNOW.
I honestly don’t care about the whatever number + people i pass out in the open world struggling or running from mobs or whatever, I ignore them - Unless they are attacking a goblin which I 100% will disrespect mount jump off and claim some of that glory then leave them in my dust again as mobs swarm them.
Yeah its really bizarre, its like they went for everything with this game which made it all kinda just be very mid and average instead of having anything truly amazing. Shame.
Not at all, in fact I think this is the opposite. It sounds like you might have some seriousl MH issues you need to address with people offline though. good luck.
I think the current density is pretty good
Was it easier to find groups in Diablo 3?
yes, d3 has a legit group finder lol
No general chat is a huge head scratcher. Maybe attempting to limit spam? /shrug
I’m not trying to find a soulmate on battlenet, just maybe find a few casual players who needs help getting past some areas. D3 was actually easy to find a group, you can join a random game and jump in with people.
I’m not playing and alot of people aren’t playing either because many aspects for builds are being “temporarily blocked”
Not usable… bad Friday Night
Join a clan… When people randomly invite me from the overworld I typically ignore it, I only accept party invites from those in my clan and my friends, most MMOs are actually like this too as well. Unless you get to talking with someone in local channel then they probably aren’t going to randomly party with you unless you’re clearing the same content for a substantial amount of time like helltide zones.
I like to make a big circle around players gathering up as many mobs as possible than running them right into other players.! I got a few good ones on twitch last night! Was epic hilarious!!!
Your issue is that you think this is an MMO. It is not. The world instances are designed to only have a few people in them on purpose. A LOT of people also complain that evenseeing others is bad.
If you wish a group you can join a clan or group up with your own friends.
people are in general, not anti social
unresolved issues im sensing
Good news, it’s not an MMO.
It’s not an MMO. It’s an ARPG with some MMO “features” which really just boils down to the world being shared via shards (instances) where you’ll occasionally see someone else that’s just out doing their own thing.
At it’s core, this isn’t a multiplayer oriented game, it’s not a “Lets group up and do this hard dungeon that requires coordination!” type game, and it’s not a social game. It’s got “clans” which are just a way to get spammed by people with invited until you either join, or create your own to get people to leave you alone, it’s got a local chat that hasn’t been a thing people sued much since the original run of D2, and it’s got “World Bosses” which scale with the player count, so they’re soloable.
So, yeah, it’s a “lonely MMO” because it’s not an MMO, and playing it as such is going to leave you feeling that way.
uh i’ve had no issues. always get groups at world bosses, legion events, helltide. No issue. Maybe try typing instead of using the emote wheel to say Hi?
Only time I see a group is if it’s a group even that pings on the map (ie: world boss).
Nah, As stated: I play with friends, you do know…what friends are right? Those are people you know…offline…you know the dum dum thing you are saying I need to address. I only play with people I know, Personally, And the rest of you lemons are just bots to me in a game lagging my game.
