Here’s a fun bit of math!
While the drop rate for an uber is presumedly 2% from Duriel, the number of runs where your chance of still not having gotten one to drop becomes 2% is 193! 
Oh, and you become a one in a million loser at 683 runs with no uber. First, imagine being that unlucky! Then, remember that for some poor soul that might actually happen if they have no pity counter…

I dont always run Duriel but when I do, I prefer dos Shakos.

In my hubris I did not realize I also got an Uber Unique - Ring of Starless Skies, which the creepy grandpa stole… so thanks again Blizzard.
Then you have to throw in the odds of actually getting an uber you want.
