1.2.1 patch notes

I agree to an extent, but I don’t want to just log into the game and have everything be done for me. Might as well not even play the game at that point. Give me something to work for at a reasonable pace and call it good.

Fixed an issue where the Target Dummy was the only target in the game that couldn’t be one-shot

Get the heck outta here…LoL…legit get real.

Are you mad that we don’t agree with you? Just play better instead of asking for accomodations. I’ll give you a participation trophy.

Hmm… Aspect of Elements is multiplicative now! Glad I kept all of them.

* Fixed an issue where the tooltip for Aspect of Elements had no damage type indicator on its tooltip and was incorrectly granting an additive bonus instead of multiplicative.

Your hyperbole is showing. The thread is discussing cinders carrying over. The cinders you already farmed. In what universe does that equate to getting handed everything or logging in and having everything done for you? It’s a nonsense take.

they mean 925 item lvl

when did 1.21 hit? battle.net still shows me 1.20 and a bunch of numbers after

Oct 31st, hasn’t hit yet.

Yeah! And cinders should have a random chance of exploding on pick up. And all the elites should respawn like malignant bosses in S1. And Bobby Kotick should be able to kick you in the face through the screen.

That’ll make it far less tedious.

Within the context of the person I was replying to, which was not the OP, calm down sir.

I like that the COE ring is now multiplicative. I will use that for sure.

strange… i can snag 300 in less than 30min in helltides i check two sites to find the chest… i sometimes have to tp out and back in for it to show… ive no issues
yall know by now how it all works… adjust for the system in place… i swear yall want everything handed to ya on a family dollar fine dining paper plate or something

Same. I saw all these QQ posts about cinders so I started tracking. I got 525 in the Jirandai region in about 15 minutes just moving around normally and fighting mobs. I got 615 in the Gea Kul region in about 19 minutes. Just go around and fight monsters. That’s enough to get 2 steel chests with 40 minutes to spare for several mystery chests.

Don’t do the “ride your horse” from event to event thing. That doesn’t work. Those events give you like 30 cinders tops when you can fight one mob that drops 20 or more. Chain enough mobs and amass enough cinders that you’ll start worrying about getting killed by some random maniac and lose half…

Drop rates are fine. People just want to be able to open every single chest and now there are people begging for Cinders to not be lost on death or carried over between tides. That or the ones crying the most are botters. They want it easy so they can bot “efficiently.”

Cyranis: What you call “work for it” I call “suffer through it” because it’s just a mindless tedium and time gating. It isn’t fun in the least.

Then DON’T PLAY. No one is forcing you too! It’s tedious, right? Why punish yourself so? Just go play, I dunno, Tetris or something

Not sure why cinders shouldn’t carry over  you still have to grind for them, you’re still spending them on the same places, and there’s a limited number of living steel chests and mystery chests per helltide.
