Most likely your profile is corrupted like the rest of us. I been in the same situation since 9:40am and it’s now 10:53 pm
It is indeed a form of corruption. Either due to data unable to sync so you never get pushed to the car selection screen or because the system doesn’t boot you out after X time so you’re end up getting stuck that way.
Either way, corrupted.
