Treasure goblins have a 100% chance to drop a legendary starting at Lv 15

Teleport changed back to 3 seconds (was recently nerfed to 5)

Backstabber, Resource Drain, Cold Enchanted affixes are removed from NM sigils

barb still suck,
resis not addressed and chain cc not addressed…same old thing - “we’re looking at it”
exp still sucks end game

They talked about chain cc. S2 goal.

What’s the point of what they going to change if these ain’t the final values. That’s fake news. They are probably to going to remove a couple of those lines or make meaningless changes.

also, did they mention if the updates will be retro on our existing gear?

If you’re referring to updated uniques, no. Any time they adjusted a unique, it has never been retroactive. You’ll need to find the new version of that item.

It says ignored? Prolly got downvoted by kids. It’s literally everything they’re changing in 1.1.1. I could see if it were an opinion, but facts are facts and kids are dumb.

Typing this should make you scratch your head. Why is something like this going to take 3 months? The same with Resistances. 3 months at MINIMUM for a critical issue(s)?

Assuming you have a job, go tell your boss that it’s going to take 3 months to fix something that’s critical, and report back the results.

I use upheaval and the changes made were meaningless. I was already able to mantain Berserk’s as long as i needed to.
