My understanding is that you can have a max of 10 potion charges. I’m at 9 currently, and I’ve gotten all of the charges that come from renown. Where’s the 10th come from?
9 is max, more charges you could get as affix on your gear. I think it’s up to +4.

Items. Look for items that have + Potion Capacity. Personally, I think it’s a waste of a stat. 9 Potions is plenty.
I picked up an item that was + 3 to potions so at the moment I have 12, it’s item LVL was about 670

I have pants that give +3 potion slots.
I have 10 at the moment on my Sorc.
