Trust me bro. I ain’t lying.
I thought it was 1948%. If we listen to the haters only one person is playing D4, and he only does it once a week.
That means that 920% of the starting player base will never buy the game.
What is this, an item from Diablo 3? 1948% Damage Boost Per Second, so long as your health is above 5%.
Source???
I don’t know about this…
I heard that 69% of statistics are made up anyways.
Anyway, let me know, as I have to take my co-worker’s cousin’s dog to the vet right now.
Think it is more like 99.9% of statistics is just likely, and not actual values.
I’m pretty sure it’s actually 420.69% but I may be rounding up.
Clearly you can’t math for sh!t.

It was 3429%
It’s actually 1337% that have quit.
Don’t Panic!
It’s only 42 % that stop playing
Lmao. I would like to see the actual numbers though.
I now only play on the forums.
Game’s dead
If you go by Twitch statistics then over 90% have quit I guess
Had a peak of 941k viewers and has dropped to 70k so by that you could argue most have moved on from the game by now.
Did a lot of these people actually play the game or is it just realllyyy boring to watch, also a lot of these numbers would be from the twitch drops right?
I think a lot of people have left and it will spike again with S1, I can’t see people staying much longer than a month into S1 unless they drastically change some things. Will be interesting to see what happens.
I mean we don’t really know if people watching are also playing. But considering there were Twitch drops for the game it might be safe to say a good amount also owned a copy of the game. By that reasoning and the 98% drop in hours watched it seems most got their drops and perhaps also got tired of the game and stopped playing for now.
Also, considering how a certain portion of the customer base feels about seasons and having to start over that number could drop even more post season 1 pretty hard. The game mainly really is just a seasonal game for many. I hardly ever touched my eternal realm characters on D3 over the last several years.
If you think that’s enough to discredit that many people have left, I can make another thread saying that there’re currently more players than world’s human population in order to compensate.
this more or less. i guess nowadays only defenders of the thing, are poor naive guys who either never played the original in good ole times hence have no real comparison to why exactly this pale imitation is so sad stuff, or have some sort of blinkers on.
i’m in forum mode the same btw.
lost interest in it, nevermind being high lev, doing nm, having plenty of uniques and 800+ ip stuff… boo-o-ring. no reason to go on, simply. no endgame.
doing bounties (soz, whispers, yeah… like that would be great change, marvelous invention: change name to a boring thing, make it new! not rly, like nm themselves great rifts all again), nms, tides… void. meaningless, literally.
it serves no purpose, at endgame. it’s not a great funny activity, the opposite. doing it is not pleasing or funny. items or paragon points or xps where at least a reward while leveling and that kind of activities could at least give you a bit of pretence of difference from what you had done til that moment (not really, it’s just same stuff only with another name, stil you knew you had to do that and still had to get items, xps and paragon), but once you reach high levs you don’t care about xps, items or paragon since filled it, so… no reward in an already not pleasing activity even when that had a reward. go figure why should anyone want doing it?
a thing you don’t like giving you a reward, is sorta a bad job. bad, still at least gets you something in change. but a thing which you don’t like which gives you nothing… what’s that? abuse? lol. certainly not fun. too bad that supposedly, one plays something in order to have fun. which makes d4, sadly, not something i’d really recommend for that to anyone.
(i bought 3 copies in the end btw - one for me, one for nephew, son of my brother, and one for other nephew, son of wife’s sister - both told me “uncle, not liking that, not playing anymore” not even a week after. go figure, i thought we might one day play together, would be a miracle if i myself will still play it in some weeks, let alone months, and i at least was a diablo fan. still i’m really sure in years from now, bliz supporters will blindly and frenzily claim “millions of copies sold, proof it’s great, good, best game ever!”… exactly as they did for d3, nevermind countless copies being given away for free, bundles, etc)
Didn’t the big twitch drop event just end though? Seems like an unreliable metric.
Well the numbers have been decreasing over time already even with that event ongoing. Prior reports indicated around a 40% drop weeks ago I believe.
this is clearly fake as you can`t go above 100 guys
