I have had a new PC since last month.
Maingear MG-1:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Intel Core i7-14700K
64GB RGB DDR4 3600MHz
1TB Gen4 M.2 NVMe SSD
Internet Speed is 900+MBps
As of this past Saturday, 12/2 this game has been unplayable due to massive lag spikes (over 1000msec) and rubber-banding/stuttering.
Anyone else getting this?? Please help!

UPDATE - The new patch did nothing to fix this. It is actually worse. 1900+ msec latency.
There will be a hotfix for performance tomorrow.
The new lags the past days are coming from the PVP zone where immortal fights are never ending, but rather increasing CPU spikes for all players.
mee too, I was playing flawlessly without any lag issues, however, today, it started lagging and with gargantuan ping variations !!
Patch day and this hasn’t been fixed. I am losing Zir sigils because I am dying to 1000+ lag spikes when my latency never used to go over 50.
had this issue since the new season. unplayable for me for a month. took support 4 weeks to answer, but they just blame my pc\setup. RIP

happening to me too for the first time today. ping time is 200 - 1.2k ms.
i have 1G fiber. other games play fine.
We will continue to be ignored.
BTW I am on the East Coast / US. Maybe it has something to do with that??
I am at a loss…
I’m west coast (well, in West Idaho), and get horrible latency and it depends a lot on the zone or the dungeon I’m in as well. On fiber with 1GB download, I called my ISP for the second time today to double check and I’m getting no kind of packet loss or loss of bandwidth. I’m on a killer rig too 4070ti with a amd ryzen 7800x3D, 64gb ram at 5200mhz…. All drivers and OS is up to date (have also tried rolling back nvidia drivers that didn’t change anything), I’m on a great MB… connected direct as well… no issues on any of my other live service games, this one acts up as if my modem or router are dying, but I switch to Destiny or ESO or WoW and I’ll sit at 40-70ms, no connection issues. It’s such a bummer.
And on top of the server latency problems, I’m also dealing with a metamorphosis bug issue on my sorc which makes my character stuck after becoming unstoppable and I have to spam Evade so many times before it unsticks me, and there’s a slight delay always before evade goes off it’s so infuriating. I want so badly to enjoy the improvements but these server latency issues and bug with metamorphosis which my build is centered around using have been so off putting I’ve given up. As it’s already been over a month since these issues have been reported for the season and so far I know of no fixes to these problems that have come or are coming.
I resolved the issue by updating the Nvidia driver.
This is happening to me as well.
Randomly, I will join a game and the ping will be over 1000 on a 2 gig fiber connection.
