More i have played it seems like a 4 year development game… as well started path of exile and man do they need to hurry to save themselves

We have certainly not seen enough of it on these forums already.
I played POE for a week, and then came back to D4 a few days ago. I played one NMD and then uninstalled D4. I’ll monitor the forums here for any developments - I’d love to return, but this game needs a massive and fundamental update.

New day.
New thread with the same content. 
Everyone knew 80% of the first day players were going to quit, coming back from time to time but ultimately leaving again.
They already got their money from you, it’s the remaining 20% that will continue to play through the updates and provide the feedback for Blizzard to make the changes needed.
But nonsensical threads like this do absolutely nothing for anyone.
If you’re that dissatisfied with the game, how about explaining why and how changes could be made to reach that, however the “vision” of the game is the developers vision, I’m sorry that not everyone saw it the same way.
Sounds like a lot of people around here should just go make their own game so they can have their “vision” fulfilled.
Personally I’ve enjoyed most of it.
Does it need some fine tuning?
Of course.
But as someone who has gone through D1-4 now, I’m satisfied with a fair bit of it.
There definitely needs to be more to do during seasonal play, I have zero desire of doing all 5 classes in 3 months so hopefully future seasons will offer more ways to spend time on one character while still feeling some level of growth.
But they succeeded on a lot of fronts overall for what I expected from them.
Enjoy whatever you get up to between visits.

My buddies went to POE and I’m following myself. If enchanting wasn’t so extremely expensive forcing you to loot every nickel forcing inventory fill every 3mins I’d hang around. But when you spend 75% of your ingame time sorting loot it’s monotonous…

Majority of development for this game was likely spent on art/visuals (which are amazing), campaign and characters/voice/dialogue (also amazing), and making it cross platform compatible. Game will continue to grow and develop from here and already has significantly since launch. Don’t play it if you don’t like it. Enjoy PoE. Posting here the same nonsense daily that some others do is pointless.
To your main point: Different strokes for different folks. I played PoE about 20 hours and never really enjoyed it and put it down. This was years ago and I haven’t gone back to it. I only get to play video games about 5 hours per week these days (because life) and I’m still thoroughly enjoying D4 and will continue playing for the foreseeable future. Just because you don’t like something doesn’t mean everyone else feels the same and your post on these forums doesn’t change opinions.
