Well, strange first post - but okay. Guess you finally decided to make a forum post on S1, day of.
Yep. You don’t have to waste it on Season 1. Maybe Friday’s livestream, they might change this but as it stands… you can.
What is quite hilarious is the beloved and awesome POE DUMPSTER NERFS entire builds consistently and has for years. I have quite a few builds on standard in POE that do not even function anymore as in I can’t even play them without dying all the time and some do not even work anymore lol.
But I will say dang it why did Blizz not have the foresight to prevent this type of cycle so early? Why did Blizz release the game with the builds so broken and clearly overpowered? One of my main thoughts while leveling to 99 was how trivial the game was and how legendary items rained from the sky. I thought they where trying to avoid D3 again. I really like the game though but I am surprised Blizz didn’t try to avoid this.
Uninstalled the game myself. I am just here to see the devs’ livestream reaction.
90% of Deluxe edition owners will log in and feel ripped off and never finish the first season. Every body else is too smart to buy in now, we’ll just enjoy the season (lol) and be done until next time. I don’t like commitment and they want me to get married to a life time of reseting characters and you know what? I’m good. I’ll reset a few, but idk who they think I am.
Dude, I bought the Ultimate and the CE and put cash on day 1 into cosmetics. Yeah, I’m that idiot. There’s no way in hell, with the dumpster fire that is now this game with the clear pandering in these forums by either bots, shills, uninformed/misinformed or just purely complacent masochists that I would ever consider starting S1.
Of all the money paid, my entertainment is now this forum and watching metacritic dive bomb this game’s ratings. Every new post of “I quit” feels like I rolled an uber, especially since this team won’t own up to their very manipulative Eternal realm herding into their BP purchases via nerfs and compensation tactics via seasons.
I know it sounds like it above, but I aint even mad. Just laughing at all this and watching a company dump itself while I took the L and the life lesson from it.

Also, “don’t be that guy” who sees someone use the emote, then inspects their character to get their battle.net ID and cross-reference their forum posts to see if they complained!

Adam Fletcher specifically said you can save it for future seasons on Twitter.
After making your season character under the battle pass tab you will have the option to use it then or hold it for another season.
But you can still do everything in the season and the free battle pass tier without using itđź‘Ť
