“Pestilence” is permanent and as far as I remember its started with “Captain Crimson together with Born’s Build” for maximum cooldown, “Rondal’s Locket” is also needed for pickup Heath Globes, my favor one is “Halcyon’s Ascent” cause everyone jump around,
Seems no more “In Genom” but “Echoing Fury” age started with “Stain of Sin”
wonder something nowadays too many player use “Rechel’s Ring of Larceny” is it work with “Bottomless Potion of Fear”?
and the most important tip is using a “Stain of Sin” with this feature:
“You gain an additional Rift Progress Orb when you kill an elite pack.”
