Dear monks,

2 Uliana pieces on my Zmonk, do not use the EP skill.
The applied palm seems to be Fresh is weak. Do you confirm that I need to assign the spell only if I want another rune ?

If you don’t have EP on your bar then Uliana 2 applies an unruned EP. The only way to get a rune is to select it on your skill bar. Unruned EP still applies a bleed which is the main reason that it is used. If a dps in the group has Pain Enhancer in their build then the large number of bleed effects from U2 application gives that dps character a big boost in attack speed.
