I am fully decked out in Mundunugu’s Regalia Set but I get “You are not appropriately garbed to read this Tome” every time… This is my last quest to complete for Slayer… What now?
Use a different set that actually has a set dungeon in the game.

Well, the Tome told you.
There are 4 sets for each class that have set dungeons. The new sets do not.
All sets are valid, except the 7 new ones added recently.

The reason your link isn’t allowed for posters that aren’t Trust Level 3 is because you’ve used the version of the URL that includes the diablo3.blizzard.come domain which isn’t on the Trust Level 2 trusted / whitelist domains. So, you could use this instead…

That still doesn’t change the fact that they’re incompetent. That domain is still theirs. It should be whitelisted if they own it, or it should redirect to the proper site. Either way, this is something they should fix, and it shouldn’t be on players to guess which sites are “official.”
Also, using the us.diablo3.com site breaks online profiles, whereas diablo3.blizzard.com works. Again, just an awful mess that blizzard should clear up and fix once and for all.

Europe is using the https://us.diablo3.blizzard.com form.
